From the famous Ethiopian growing region of Yirgacheffe grown at an altitude of 1700 to 2000m. These beans are harvested from October to December from trees of the fantastic Heirloom variety.

This is a really funky coffee with delicious flavours of whiskey and earl grey.

Perfect for more unusual filter coffees and surprising espressos.
